A simple pattern and instructions for a roll top rack bag. The instructions describe making the bag, and also suggestions for attaching to your rack (bolt on or straps). There are too many rack size variations to included exact instructions for mounting positions so you will need to adapt the instructions slightly for your own bike rack.
The bag dimensions are:
17 inch long, 6.5 inch wide and 14 inch tall (unrolled), roughly 9 inch tall (full and rolled)
43 cm long, 16 cm wide and 35 cm tall (unrolled), roughly 23 cm tall (full and rolled)
Tested in the Himalayas
The bag has a stiffened base and stiffened side panels, with loops for additional webbing straps and/or bike lights
